With only fifteen units, Maxwell Beach offers a level of exclusivity and personability not found in the larger vacation rentals in Barbados.
There are three apartments per floor in this tastefully designed five-storey property and each are a comfortable 1300 square feet of beachfront luxury. You enter the building from the roadside and pass the on-site property managers office and through secure doors to the elevator and stairway. You enter into the back section of the apartment with the guest room which has its own bathroom and utility room immediately to the left and right respectively.
Then you get to the gorgeous ‘L’ shaped kitchen counter which borders the fully equipped kitchen including kitchen bar/breakfast stools. Pass the kitchen you enter the living room which has glass sliding doors that open out to the ample ocean view balcony furnished with table and chairs for sunning or dining outdoors. Just off to the left of the living room is the entrance to the master bedroom which also has sliding glass doors that open out onto the balcony and allows for stunning ocean views right from your bed.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower and the master bathroom a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The master bedrooms all have king size beds and the guest bedrooms, two single beds which can be combined if required. Additional bedding can be provided to accommodate up to 5 adults which carries a nightly supplement/surcharge if required.
The amenities (applies to all villas) include: a full modern appliance package (dishwasher and washer/dryer included), superbly designed kitchens, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. All villas have telephone, flat screen cable TV’s and high speed internet access.
The finishes are luxurious throughout and show top quality craftsmanship, but most importantly the view of the beach and the ocean from every unit at Maxwell Beach is breathtaking.
The only difference between apartments is the décor and some furnishings which are both done to a very high standard. Housekeeping on weekdays (not weekends) is included in every rental. All linens, beach and bath towels are included.
